I’m against unhealthy weightloss, so why would I be promoting anorexia, I’d never wish an eating disorder to anyone!? The photos I post are inspirational to me and help me to get to a healthy lifestyle, I hope it has the same effect on my followers.

I row most of the time, normally 30 minutes, but I’m building up to 1 hour + I also have to spend some time on the treadmill/cross trainer and I do the muscle exercises my coach gave me. :)
